MAQS has long and solid experience within the automotive industry, which has provided us with unique competence and experience. Real Estate and Environmental:
For several years MAQS has enjoyed a clear position as one of the leading law firms for real estate law. The firm represents a number of major entities on the Nordic property market, including municipalities, private and publicly traded property companies as well as leading real estate companies in connection with transactions involving both acquisitions and financing and, among others things, subdivision and property development. This has led us to advice on some of Sweden’s largest real estate transactions. The team also includes specialists in construction and environmental law.

Mergers and Acquisitions:
