■ Legal advice to a Spanish company in the acquisition of a technological company based in Delaware (USA) engaged in the development of software for the creation of interactive videos. Value: €12 million

■ Legal advice to an international holding for the transfer of its registered office from Luxemburg to Spain and for the consequent merge of the holding with another Spanish company. Value: €85 million

■ Legal advice to an international bank for the formalisation of a syndicated agreement for the issue of several guarantees in favor of one of the most important multinational Spanish company specialised in engineering and construction. Value: €400 million

■ Legal advice to an Italian international bank in numerous credit transactions. Value: €500 million

■ Legal advising regarding the acquisition the concessionaire of the Málaga metro, Spain

■ Legal advising regarding the investment, venture capital, in the concessionaire of two hydraulic power plants of 51.6 MW and 28.4 MW in Panama

■ Defending a multinational insurance company against liability based on damages to a huge shipment of chemical and human blood plasma

Real Estate & Insolvency:

■ Design and legal assistance concerning plot acquisitions with bank financing amounting to over EUR 100 million

■ Financial restructuring in real estate and industry

■ Assessment in insolvency procedures including the pre-insolvency and court stage of medium and large companies (EUR 5 million to EUR 500 million of assets) involved in complex financial structures such as syndicate loans or mortgage guaranties

■ Appointed as Insolvency Practitioner (administrator) by the Court in a hotel company (estimated EUR 100 million of assets)

Shipping & Transport:

■ Assisting a shipowner in an insurance Court dispute related to salvage off the Spanish South coast

■ Assisting a shipper of several machineries and equipment from Mexico to South Arabia on a claim derived from damage on arrival

■ Representing a logistics international company in several heavy lifts projects from Japan to Mexico challenging a claim based on cargo damage and loss of profit caused thereafter

■ Representing a national heavy lift logistics company in several ship arrests in Panama and Mexico
