London & Naor is a women-owned litigation boutique specializing in complex litigation, investigations, and white-collar defense. Our attorneys previously worked at large, nationally recognized law firms, and one of our founders also spent years working as a federal prosecutor, both in New York and California. Our offices are in the Bay Area, but we work with clients from all over the country on matters in various jurisdictions, including arbitrations and state and federal courts. Given our unique experience working with federal prosecutors and other government agencies, our litigation practice encompasses assisting clients with responding to government enforcement actions. In addition to a sophisticated litigation practice, we also conduct internal investigations. Our investigations practice runs the gamut from assisting our clients in responding to allegations of suspected criminal conduct to conducting workplace investigations of allegations of workplace misconduct, including discrimination, harassment, whistleblower complaints, and bullying.

We approach each matter with a unique blend of empathy, sophistication, and practicality that helps us tackle our clients’ most complex, and sensitive, legal issues. Our clients range from large universities and technology companies to small business owners and individuals. Because we are a small team, we deliver personalized, tailored service to each of our clients, and work hard to come up with the strategy that meets both the needs—and budget—of each client. No matter the size of the matter, we are committed to achieving outstanding results.

We understand how critical it is to have good counsel in responding to government inquiries, whether that be inquiry in the form of a subpoena or Civil Investigative Demand, and why it is essential to work as a team to respond appropriately.

We understand what it takes to defend against a government investigation, and how to assess the merits of exploring a resolution versus litigating the defense. We have represented companies and individuals in False Claims Act matters, as both defendants and witnesses, as well as in matters involving the FTC, the Department of Education, the Small Business Administration, and various state agencies, in cases involving procurement, health care, and PPP loans, among other topics.

Together, we have almost three decades of litigation experience, having handled cases of all sizes and levels of complexity at both large law firms and for the federal government. We have experience litigating on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants and are equally as comfortable prosecuting claims as we are defending them. Our broad litigation experience includes business torts, breach of contract, insurance, and unfair business practices. In each matter, we work closely with our clients to understand their unique goals and challenges and to develop a strategy to achieve those goals effectively and efficiently.

Every business faces unexpected challenges. When those challenges arise, our extensive experience leading complex and sensitive investigations allows us to deliver the facts you need to understand those challenges. We have experience representing both companies and executives in internal investigations and counseling companies on compliance issues. We also routinely handle workplace investigations and have conducted investigations of complex and serious allegations of misconduct, including criminal misconduct, as well as discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and whistleblower complaints. We understand the importance of properly scoping an investigation and knowing what is required to get to the bottom of any particular situation, and we are just as comfortable handling large-scale matters going to the heart of a business as we are conducting very targeted reviews.
