• The award-winning North American Port Deal of the Year- Andrea Scarlett-Lozer was the lead attorney for a group of international lenders, including the Inter- American Development Bank, PROPARCO and other development finance institutions who provided funding of US$265,000,000 to Kingston Freeport Terminal Limited to expand, upgrade and operate the Kingston Container Terminal.
• Andrea was also lead counsel for BMR Jamaica Wind Limited’s loan of US$62,500,000 from the Inter-American Development Bank and Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
• Andrea also represented other players in the renewable energy sector in both PPA transactions and B2B transactions
