• Representing a local subsidiary of a multinational oil and gas company to recover over US$ 5,000,000 as a result of breach of director duties through a negotiated settlement which disposed of arbitration proceedings.
• Representing a local subsidiary of a multinational logistics company to challenge a tax assessment resulting in a negotiated settlement saving the client approximately US$ 2,000,000.
• Successfully negotiating an out-of-court settlement for a client, resulting in a savings of US$ 22,000,000 (Twenty-Two Million Dollars) in a dispute over luxurious, state-of-the-art townhouses.
• Represented some of the nation’s award-winning banks and financial institutions in various matters including defending a debt recovery matter in excess of GH¢ 25 million.
• Represented a trust fund in an action for the recovery of landed property worth US$ 8 million.
