Lee & Poh Partnership (LPP Law) was established in 2020, founded on a vision of providing practical, agile, and client-focused legal services across a broad spectrum of industries. From its early days, the firm quickly earned recognition for its commitment to excellence, professionalism, and results-driven strategies. With a strong emphasis on Corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), the firm steadily grew its reputation in the Malaysian legal landscape.

In January 2025, a significant milestone was achieved with the merger of two dynamic legal practices, the Dispute Resolution team of Tuang, Chu & Co. (TCC), led by Ryan Chu Soon Wei, Lau Zhong Yan, Dominic Ng Ken Ming, Leong Chee Weng and Naveen Sri Kantha merged with the corporate & commercial team of LPP Law led by Spring Poh Zuan Yin, combining practices with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to excellence in legal services. The firm has since continued to grow, building on its strong foundation and expanding its reach in various practice areas. Lee & Poh Partnership is currently led by a team of tenth partners, with the addition of Angelina Kok Siaw Ching, who leads the LPP Law’s JB office and Aw Kai Xiang, Rezan Ezra and Jagshey Pipariya.

This merger united two practices with shared values and complementary strengths which created a stronger, more versatile legal firm capable of offering comprehensive legal solutions, from corporate advisory to high-level dispute resolution. Over the years, under the leadership of LPP Law of Spring Poh and Lau Zhong Yan of TCC, the team has been honoured with several accolades that reflect their quality of service and legal expertise, including recognition from leading industry publications and client-nominated awards. These milestones are a testament to the firm's dedication to delivering value and building lasting relationships with clients.
