Lee & Poh Partnership (LPP Law) was established in 2020 with a clear purpose: to deliver agile, commercially grounded legal advice with an unwavering focus on outcomes. The firm has built a strong Malaysian practice in corporate and commercial, and mergers and acquisitions work.

In January 2025, the firm expanded its disputes capability through the integration of an experienced dispute resolution team, strengthening its ability to advise on complex, high-stakes matters alongside its corporate and commercial practice.
