Lawtons Solicitors was establishedin 2004 with one aim, that being to providethe best possible legaladvice to those accused of criminal offences. Our aim remains exactly the same today, with the founders and team of lawyers at the Firm continuing to provide the high level of service demanded by the increasingly privately funded client base that the Firm deals with for both individuals and businesses.

A market leader for privately funded sexual offences, we regularly instruct leading KC's to represent those accused of serious sexual offences, whether recent or historic in nature. We still undertaken the more involved legal aid work, and receive instruction from around the country for both funding types. We do not have any in-house Advocates, the Firm made a decision a number of years ago to ensure that all clients are able to instruct the best possible Advocate for their case.

The Firm has a well-earned reputation for dealing with all types of serious crime, to include sexual offences, murder, drug cases (to include ongoing EncroChat cases), fraud, firearms and road traffic cases, with a particular emphasis on fatal road traffic cases. We have an experienced team of lawyers. Our private client team have all been qualified for 20+years, we are able to ensure that the lawyers assigned is best suited for both the client and the case.
