Environmental Law. Lawgic has extensive experience and specialises in all matters related to Environmental Law including the Environmental Impact Assessment System, obtaining environmental and sector permits, audits of regulatory compliance and detection of regulatory risks, land use planning, community, and indigenous matters, creation of protection areas, administrative sanctions before the Superintendence of the Environment and other administrative bodies, environmental litigation, due diligence processes and support in interaction with public authorities. Water. Lawgic offers extensive experience in legal and regulatory aspects related to water law and agribusiness. The firm advises clients, among others, in the preparation of legal strategies to supply the water needs of different investment projects, (whether agricultural, electrical, mining, sanitary, or others), processing all types of administrative procedures before the General Water Directorate, water disputes, defense in punitive inspection procedures, advice on matters for user organizations and due diligence processes. Energy.
