Alfred J. Landegger – Managing Partner

AlLandegger has been representing employers throughout California for more than 45 years. Alfred has successfully led litigation teams in some of the most complex employment matters, including large-scale class actions and PAGA cases. His extensive knowledge of wage-and-hour compliance, combined with a practical business lens, allows him to guide clients through regulatory minefields and litigation exposure with clarity and precision.

Roxana Verano –Partner

A twenty-year veteran of employment law, Roxana is an employment lawyer who knows that happy employees do not need unions to protect them. She enjoys working closely with employers to help them run efficient, union-free businesses with satisfied employees. Her Spanish-speaking clients appreciate her fluency in Spanish when they need services ranging from employee handbooks to witness interviews. Roxana handles employment litigation and government agency proceedings, including wage-and-hour class action lawsuits and claims; PAGA claims; and successfully representing employers in discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, disability, and wrongful termination cases in state and federal courts.

Kristina Kourasis – Litigation Counsel

Kristina Kourasis is a seasoned litigator who plays a critical role in the firm’s litigation practice, skillfully defending employers facing high-stakes employment disputes, including complex wage-and-hour class actions, representative PAGA claims, and individual employment law claims, such as discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, disability, and wrongful termination. Kristina is a member of the San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce, where for several years she has conducted annual California employment law updates.
