The firm advises both sponsors and investors on the full lifecycle of alternative investment structures, combining deep market knowledge with a highly partner‑driven approach.

Founded in May 2025, the firm was established by a core team of six partners, each bringing 15 to 20 years’ experience in the Luxembourg funds market. Having worked together across leading international law firms, the founding partners share a strong professional history that enables intuitive communication, efficient coordination and the delivery of advice with a consistent, unified voice. This long‑standing collaboration allows the firm to offer clients the strength and cohesion of a tightly knit partnership from inception.

Main Areas of Practice

The team has particular strength in fund formation (regulated and unregulated structures, closed ended, semi-open ended and evergreen funds), co-invest and joint venture arrangements, carry structuring, investor due diligence and fund reviews, fund financing, secondary transactions (GP‑ and LP‑led), regulatory compliance, corporate and M&A transactions, and tax matters. LAB Partners acts for a broad client base that includes emerging management teams, family offices, well‑established sponsors and institutional investors.

LAB Partners regularly acts as lead adviser on Luxembourg‑centric matters and also serves as local Luxembourg counsel, working seamlessly alongside leading law firms on cross‑border mandates.
