KORDIA Legal is a boutique private client and tax law firm in Warsaw, advising high-net-worth individuals and family business owners. Founded in 2024 by Tomasz Krzywański, formerly a partner at big Warsaw firm, the firm has quickly established itself as one of Poland’s most dynamic and values-driven practices in the private wealth sector.

Since the introduction of the Polish family foundation regime in 2023, the firm has been at the forefront of advising both Polish and international clients on the use of this structure.

In Autumn 2025, the firm welcomed two new partners – Piotr Świstak and Adrian Pocica – who opened KORDIA’s second office in Rzeszów. Piotr, formerly a partner at big Warsaw law firm, had been previously responsible for scaling the Rzeszów office there from 7 to 35 professionals. Their arrival has significantly expanded KORDIA’s capabilities in tax reorganisations, tax & criminal disputes, as well mediation, strengthening the firm’s multidisciplinary offering for entrepreneurs and family businesses.
