Real Estate & Construction Litigation:
The firm represents developers, mezzanine lenders, property owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, specialty trade contractors, material suppliers and governmental entities in all aspects of real estate and construction litigation, including cases related to distressed assets and restructuring of existing relationships; lender liability issues and commercial foreclosures; restrictive covenants and title issues; brokerage fee disputes on large real estate projects; land trust, joint venture and partnership disputes; property insurance claims; analysis and defense of construction contracts and bonds; claim recognition and issues related to defect, delay and equitable adjustments; construction lien and bond perfection, enforcement and defense; and the identification of and strategic advice regarding, the avoidance, early resolution and litigation of actual or potential construction delay damages.

Intellectual Property Litigation:
The firm’s attorneys handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including litigation involving license agreements; trademarks; infringement claims involving architectural plans and building designs; intellectual property ownership disputes; trade secret litigation; litigation under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act; and claims involving noncompete and non-disclosure agreements.

Matrimonial Litigation:
The firm’s matrimonial practice works with high net worth and high profile clients who are either entering into a marriage, or ending one, to help protect their financial and personal interests. The firm has particular expertise representing high profile sports and entertainment professionals with their matrimonial issues.

Probate, Trust, Guardianship & Fiduciary Litigation:
The firm handles a wide range of probate issues, including trust disputes; family partnerships; will contests; fraud, undue influence and incapacity claims; creditor disputes; fiduciary and trustee misconduct; interference with inheritance rights; and interpretations of wills and trusts.
