The firm was established in 2010 and merged with HSCO Solicitors in April 2015 to become one of the largest criminal defence firms in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire. Whilst the majority of the work undertaken by the firm is in the field of criminal defence, it also prosecutes for a local authority and undertakes regulatory work on behalf of professionals who are the subject of prosecutions by their respective professional bodies. The firm attracts instructions from across the UK and has represented defendants before the Crown Courts in Nottingham, Preston, Manchester, Leicester, Birmingham and Swindon over the past 4 years. • Matthew Bliss represented a man in proceedings at Kingston-upon-Thames Crown Court.charged with supplying over 1 tonne of cocaine.
• Joanna Barun represented a man in proceedings at Woolwich Crown Court charged with importing over ½ tonne of cocaine from Columbia using a private jet.
• Vinesh Petal acted for a man in proceedings at the Central Criminal Court charged with a gangland murder.
• Dawn Pearson represented a man in proceedings at the Court of Appeal who was appealing an application to enforce a confiscation order made 10 years ago. The case is now a leading authority.
• Matthew Bliss and Andel Singh acted for a man in proceedings at Woolwich Crown Court charged with terrorism offences, his motive being revenge for the London Bridge and Westminster Bridge atrocities.
• Matthew Bliss is currently instructed in 2 attempted murders, a drugs case involving £3m of heroin and a child abduction case.
• Vinesh Patel is currently instructed in a murder at Preston Crown Court involving a county lines drug dealing gang.

• Vinesh Patel recently represented a man before proceedings at Leicester Crown Court charged with a nationwide conspiracy to defraud NHS Trusts.
• Joanna Barun recently represented a lady charged with a nationwide fraud involving the sale of tickets for sports and entertainment events.
• Matthew Bliss is currently representing a man facing complicated confiscation proceedings following his conviction for defrauding his mother’s estate. The case attracted national press attention.
• Matthew Bliss is currently acting for a man charged with defrauding HMRC of nearly £500,000 in false VAT and corporation tax returns. .
