Asia Practice Team:

Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li’s Asia Practice Group represents Asian companies that do business and/or list their securities in the U.S., as well as U.S. companies with operations and activities in Asia. Lawyers in this group have been active for many years in representing multinational entities, public and private companies, strategic investors, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions in their business activities throughout Asia across a wide range of transactions and matters. We have attorneys in the Asia Practice Group who are also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese.

Our attorneys have extensive experience in assisting Asia-based companies with cross-border financing, cross-border acquisitions, listing of ADRs and direct stock listings in the U.S., as well as compliance with U.S. regulations.
