Tax Planning 

HSA advises clients on tax matters related to wealth and succession planning, as well as on tax planning and asset reorganisation—whether or not linked to new investments or divestments—with a focus on achieving tax efficiency.

The Firm’s strategic and integrated tax advice includes guidance on the calculation and collection of taxes such as ITCMD (inheritance and gift tax), ITBI (real estate transfer tax), and IRPF (individual income tax), along with the preparation and submission of tax returns and international asset declarations to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil) and the Brazilian Central Bank (Banco Central do Brasil).
