Helen Clifford Law was set up by Helen Clifford in June 2021. Helen qualified as a solicitor in 1996. The aim of the firm is to help people secure justice and find ways to get their lives back on track after catastrophic injury or traumatic events.

Helen has been and continues to be involved in high profile cases and is adept at dealing with the media as well as speaking at conferences and courses about personal injury, health and safety at work and bullying.

Working at large well known firms was great experience and Helen achieved results for clients as good as, or better than the firms' more famous names. Helen specialises in complex cases, where liability is denied and has to be proven, and high value claims, particularly brain and spinal cord injury cases.

Big law firms have an eye on costs and profit, and this restricted the service Helen felt that she could offer. Helen Clifford Law was set up to enable Helen to provide the personal service her clients need, without commercial pressure. The firm is free to represent its clients the way it wants to and their needs are paramount.

The firm does not charge success fees.

In addition to personal injury cases, the firm undertakes medical negligence claims and Helen acts as professional trustee for a number of clients.

The firm is a member of the Back Up Trust legal panel.

Helen is a legal adviser to the Construction Safety Campaign, London Hazards Centre and Families Against Corporate Killers.
