Firm Overview:
HD Legal was founded in 2014 by José Luis Honorato, Gonzalo Delaveau and Sebastián Delpiano, all lawyers with extensive experience in the areas of corporate, financial and capital markets law. Subsequently, in 2017 Juan Ignacio Peña, an expert in the areas of real estate law and engineering and construction, joined the firm as a partner.
