Hanley, Flight & Zimmerman, LLC (HFZ) is a patent consulting and prosecution firm founded with a focus on delivering high quality pre-litigation patent project and prosecution services in the electrical, software, and mechanical areas. We currently represent six of the top 25 US-based patent earning entities in the patent area. HFZ offers support services such as infringement analysis, validity assessments, prior art searching, portfolio analysis, product clearance investigations, as well as acquisition and licensing support for over 20 years.

HFZ’s experience in the patent project areas are leveraged in its patent prosecution services. While many firms are happy to “just get a patent,” HFZ is different. HFZ drafts and prosecutes patents that are built from the ground up for litigation and licensing.
