- Advising on a complex cross-border succession planning matter involving an ultra-high-value family trust

- Acting for a founder of one of Australia’s largest private equity firms in preparing estate and succession planning documents related to a trust with a complex structure

- Preparing an estate plan for a group of high-net-worth individuals with significant holdings in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies

- Providing succession planning and restructuring advice involving personal and business assets across multiple jurisdictions, with a view to minimise assets exposed to potential Will disputes
