Banking & Finance: All aspects of banking and finance, including project finance, structured finance, syndicated loan transactions, Islamic modes of financing, ECA backed financing, financing by multilateral agencies and financial restructuring and rescheduling. Experienced in financing involving the following sectors: power, oil pipeline, bulk cargo handling terminal, oil refineries, commercial airlines; cement, mobile companies, fertiliser, submarine fibre cable system and steel plants.

Privatisation: Vast experience in dealing with privatisations in Pakistan over a period of two decades (sell side and buy side). Involved in drafting of laws, rules and regulations relating to privatisation.

Projects & Energy: On the project and energy side, the firm has advised on all major financing transactions (both as lenders or borrowers counsel) involving the following projects: power; gas pipeline; coal mining, financial restructuring and rescheduling of IPPs. The firm also advises the government on power-related policies and regulatory matters.
