Guangsheng Law Firm is a large Chinese law firm headquartered in Beijing with a branch in Shanghai.

Its predecessor was the China Legal Affairs Center directly under the Ministry of Justice, and it was restructured in 1996 to create the current partnership law firm.

Guangsheng Law Firm has gathered more than 100 outstanding practicing lawyers and business assistants in its Beijing headquarters and Shanghai branch. They graduated from law schools in famous universities in Europe, America, Japan and China, and many of them have work or practice experience in well-known law firms in the United States, Britain, and Japan.
