• • A $750 million global recovery for the government relating to distribution of adulterated drugs by GSK, with the then-largest individual whistleblower award.

• • A $263 million tax fraud recovery from an individual taxpayer under the IRS Whistleblower Program, one of the largest tax whistleblower cases ever, resulting in the maximum award percentage for our client and the two other whistleblowers.

• • An eve-of-trial settlement on behalf of approximately 40 health insurers with GSK relating to $2.7 billion the insurers paid for GSK’s alleged distribution of adulterated drugs.

• • A $257 million global recovery for the government in a case against Bayer in the first major national Medicaid fraud settlement under the False Claims Act, including a 24% award for our client.

• • A $187 million global recovery for the government in a case against Labcorp following a False Claims Act qui tam lawsuit brought by Getnick Law for a fraudulent unnecessary billing scheme.

• • A $70 million tax whistleblower recovery for New York State, with a 22% award for our whistleblower client.

• • New York False Claims Act cases against a fuel heating company and a major electrical utility, where our whistleblower clients each received a 23.5% award – the highest percentage award for any non-Medicaid New York False Claims Act case.
