• Representing liquidator in proceedings involving rights to surplus assets in excess of RM400 million and involving cross-border disputes
• Representing family in contentious probate dispute involving assets in various jurisdictions
• Representing public company & subsidiaries against defendants in multiple jurisdictions on breaches of fiduciary duties / fraud / conspiracy claims
• Represented individuals against public listed company and obtained judgment in excess of RM30 million on claim for tort of abuse of process, the first successful award in Malaysia
• Represented joint venture rail company and successful struck out claim by developer exceeding RM460 million
• Lead advisor for Malaysian contractor in court proceedings in Qatar involving highway development and construction

• Represented contractor in first adjudication of its kind in Malaysia involving the Prime Minister's Office and Residence, Putrajaya and successfully obtaining an award
