Policyholder Insurance Coverage:

Our clients have existing insurance programs and must negotiate an increasingly difficult market for coverage.Our specialty is working in that environment.We have a proven record of obtaining successful results by doing the “pick and shovel” work to distinguish our client’s claims, factually and legally, leading to resolution by changing the insurers’ evaluation of risk. We start this at the beginning of a claim or lawsuit and pursue it through mediation, motion practice, and, if necessary, trial.The types of coverage in our practice include:

Construction:

Our practice starts with assisting in risk management through the negotiation of contracts, insurance procurement for Projects and litigation.Our clients run the gamut—modest family-owned organizations, local government, specialty subcontractors and large general contractors.Our lawyers have extensive experience in arbitrations and trials and are known for their skill in obtaining successful results in complicated mediations.
