Firm Overview:
Fenchurch Law was the first law firm in the UK to specialise exclusively in acting for policyholders to resolve disputes with their insurers. Founded in 2010, the firm has enjoyed year-on-year growth and, with thirteen specialist coverage lawyers, now offers the largest team in the UK dedicated to providing coverage advice to policyholders. The firm never acts for insurers, so the firm is always conflict-free to resolve any coverage dispute with any insurer. Fenchurch Law is regularly instructed in disputes with an international dimension, and can provide advice to any policyholder, anywhere in the World. Much of the firm’s work involves an international element, and has recently advised clients in the US, The Bahamas, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Peru, the BVI, Singapore, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Australia.
