Farringford Legal’s Corporate & Commercial Team, support fast growing SMEs expand through acquisition and work with exiting owners to find the best solution through business sales. The M&A team consists of Nick Butler, Andrew Wingfield, Milan Zala, Sarah-Jane Butler, Belinda Sullivan and Scarlett Travers. They are supported by newly qualified solicitor Kaoruko Shirasaki and trainee Natasha Jasinski.

From first employment contract to senior exits, Farringford Legal ensure clients remain compliant with all employment law and legislation changes. The team is headed by Sarah-Jane Butler, supported by Kaoruko Shirasaki and HR Director Kate Goodman.

Intellectual Property & Trademark

The Farringford Legal IP team includes Patent Attorney Rob Sanby and IP lawyer Bernie Hung. The team helps SMEs protect their ideas through registering trademarks, drafting IP assignments, NDAs and providing guidance on protecting unregistered IP rights.
