■ Representing St. Jude Medical who was acquired globally by ABBOTT and all legal work to implement the transaction locally
■ The participation in an international team of attorneys dealing with a major litigation case in Nicaragua appraised approximately in US$17 billion (currently under way)
■ Representing McGraw-Hill in the restructuring of its employment practices and procedures in Central America and Peru
■ Representing a syndicate of banks, including EXIM Bank, IPEX, KfW and Natixis in an international credit operation for the renewal of TACA Airlines fleet renewal with Embraer airplanes, valued at US $897 million
■ Conducting a regional scale study on all environmental regulations related to renewable energy affecting Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic for the Central American Development Bank (CABEI)
