We are leaders in the generation of specialized knowledge in labour matters, by advising clients in all matters related to employment, including Immigration, dismissals, and due diligence processes for M&A. Our clients include the most important companies doing business in the country, including many foreign multinationals. We have a strong practice of litigation, specialized in highly complex cases. We have also developed an innovative service consisting in designing and restructuring tailored compensation packages.

Our department is also the leader in sports law employment issues, as we represent the majority of professional soccer players through the local Association of Players, which linked to FIFPRO (the World confederation of unions of football players).  

This year we have provided effective advice to over 400 clients represented by local managers, GC, executives and HR chiefs regarding the recently enacted Procedural Labor Reform Act.
