The Fabricant LLP team specializes in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) in the United States Patent Office including inter partes Review Proceedings. ITC Litigation

Evan Langdon leads Fabricant LLP’s ITC practice and has represented clients in more than thirty Section 337 investigations in all phases of litigation. With technical depth and high-stakes IP litigation experience, Fabricant LLP provides strategic and comprehensive counsel to help our clients successfully navigate the fast-paced proceedings of the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) and achieve the best possible outcome. Our ITC/Section 337 team at Fabricant LLP has extensive experience and an impressive record of success. Our team works closely with ITC staff attorneys, administrative law judges (ALJs), and the Commissioners. Evan Langdon acts as lead counsel in these cases and is among the top ITC litigators with hundreds of hours before all the current ALJs and Commissioners.
