EPGD Business Law is more than just a team of legal practitioners. We are seasoned litigators, skilled negotiators, and strategic advisors. The firm’s attorneys are committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients, whether they are individuals, businesses, or organizations.

EPGD is a rapidly expanding mid-size law firm led by four firm partners with two offices in the greater Miami, FL area, located in Coral Gables and Wynwood. The firm is supported by a dedicated group of 28 attorneys, several paralegals and law clerks, and a comprehensive administrative team, each bringing their expertise to add value to the firm’s diverse client base. Its highly trained attorneys have over 100 years of combined higher education, are fluent in eight languages, and use cutting-edge technology to beat the competition.

EPGD Business Law was founded over a decade ago by Eric Gros-Dubois, who courageously navigated the competitive legal landscape as a solo practitioner. His vision and dedication soon attracted top legal talent, and, in time, he partnered with Oscar Gomez, a seasoned litigator who now chairs the firm’s highly regarded Litigation Group. Alberto ‘Papo’ Manrara also joined the firm after his tenure as a trial prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office, leveraging his community relationships and courtroom expertise when managing complex litigation cases for the firm. The firm’s impressive growth continued with the addition of partner Aviv Asoulin in the summer of 2024, who now leads the Corporate Practice Group and the Wynwood office, further strengthening EPGD's ability to provide strategic, innovative solutions for its clients.

A Culture of Excellence

Since its founding, the firm has developed a strong tradition of excellence, rooted in rigorous training and practical experience. Each of the attorneys, from the most senior partners to the newest associates, are committed to providing the highest quality legal representation. EPGD applies a hands-on approach reflecting the understanding that “People aren’t hiring us to solve legal problems, they’re hiring us to solve personal problems.” As such, the attorneys are actively involved in every aspect of their cases and ensure that their clients remain informed and involved, as well.
