Ellul & Cruz is a full-service, Gibraltar, law firm founded in 1973. It was born of the merger of Ellul & Co. and Cruzlaw in 2024. Ellul & Co. was founded by Eric C. Ellul in 1973 and Cruzlaw by Nick Cruz in 1996. We are one of Gibraltar’s oldest law firms with a history of more than 50 years.
