Edwards Family Law is a specialist, boutique Family Law firm set up by Kelly Edwards in 2019. The firm acts discreetly for HNW clients in complex family law matters.

The firm is regularly consulted in relation to high value and multi-faceted financial matters involving business valuations, offshore assets and trusts, large property portfolios, and issues of non-disclosure. They also have extensive experience in dealing with void and voidable marriages, Part III claims following a foreign divorce, particularly involving Russia and the UAE, pre and post nuptial agreements and consent orders.

The firm also undertakes private law children work and has dealt with a number of complicated and novel issues. This includes both domestic and international leave to remove, summary return applications, and enforcement proceedings as well as matters where there are allegations of sexual abuse being made against a parent or other third party. In addition, the firm frequently deals with financial claims on behalf of children pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Children Act and have an impressive track record for securing legal fees funding for the financially weaker party.

The firm has a diverse client base with many international clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, those in the banking industry, sportspeople and their spouses and partners who are seeking both a strategic and efficient approach to their case. The firm has a growing reputation for taking over cases when other lawyers have failed to implement a clear strategy and matters have been left to languish.

The firm is small but rapidly growing, having expanded from a team of three to ten in the last year, and now boasts a family team with more lawyers than some of the key firms in London that have been established for decades.
