Anti-Bribery/White Collar Crime

Dua Associates’ practice focuses on assisting domestic and international clients in matters relating to the anti-bribery and corruption laws including domestic legislations such as the Prevention of Corruption Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and international legislations such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, and others.
