Long-recognised as a leader in its field, Digby Brown’s serious injury department covers brain and spinal injuries. In 2020 it won the UK-wide Catastrophic Injury Team of the Year Award and in 2021 it won the Litigation Team of the Year accolade at the 2021 Scottish Legal Awards. The firm’s other specialist departments break down into insurance litigation for road traffic accidents and accidents at work; general accidents; foreign and travel accidents (including dedicated native Polish and Spanish speakers); motorcycle or cycling accidents; oil, gas or shipping accidents; criminal injuries; industrial and asbestos-related disease; and specialist solicitors who care for clients with non-accidental injuries such as historic abuse.
