The Law firm De Luca & Partners is specialised in Employment Law and carries out its consultation, assistance activity, including for all aspects of litigation management for national and multinational companies from all commodity sectors. The Firm offers its clients more than 200 years of combined experience for cases involving agency law and trade union law. Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of laws and practices, as well as its capacity to simply and clearly explain the rules (which are often complex) of Italian employment law, the Firm frequently handles cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and provides advise to headquarters, legal affairs directors and human resource managers working outside of Italy. De Luca & Partners, at present composed of 20 professionals, was founded in 1976 by the current Senior Partner, Vincenzo De Luca. The Firm relies on a solid network of counterparts for transactions requiring activity in Italy or the world. De Luca & Partners also invests in researching and disseminating Employment Law material and for this reason collaborates with Il Sole 24 Ore and with the main employment law journals. Its partners and associates are often invited as speakers at training courses, workshops and seminars. The firm organised a convention on the labour reform in March 2015, coordinated by the Moderator Maria Carla De Cesari (Journalist, Il Sole 24 Ore), with the participation of well-known speakers: Giampietro Castano (Crisis Unit Coordinator, Italian Ministry for Economic Development), Marco Bentivogli (National General Secretary, FIM CISL Unions), Massimo Bottelli (Director Assolombarda, Lombardy Employers Association). Industrial Relations & Restructurings:
Due to the specific expertise of the founder and to the skills of its team, the Firm, since its foundation, has always been regularly involved in reorganisations and restructurings, including trade unions negotiations. Labour & Dispute Resolution:
Partners and Associates of the Firm are always committed to achieving Clients’ goals, preventing litigation when opportune, though a track record of successful trials that is a point of pride for De Luca & Partners.
