For decades, TIME DANOWSKY’s lawyers have served as advisers to several of Sweden's largest media groups and distributors as well as numerous smaller production companies and creators. In addition to traditional mass media, the team has extensive experience in areas such as digital distribution, sports, gambling and gaming, production agreements, publishing, marketing and advertising. The firm’s IP expertise includes copyright, design rights, trademarks, database rights, trade secrets and commercialization of customer data. The public procurement & competition team advises both private companies and clients in the public sector. The corporate practice focuses on transactions within the tech/IT & media sectors and is active within the venture capital space, advising both emerging companies and venture capital funds. TIME DANOWSKY is also well-known for its dispute resolution practice, representing Swedish and international clients in complex, high-profile cases. Members of the team regularly serve as arbitrators. TIME DANOWSKY is a member of Legal Network International (LNI) and the Antitrust Alliance.
