Daniel & Diniz (DDTAX) was created by former administrative tax judges at CARF, who joined forces to develop a tax law and customs practice aimed at designing technical, creative, and effective solutions for today’s challenges in those fields. The firm has a solid track record of good results in administrative tax litigation, with significant current results in IRPJ, CSLL, PIS and COFINS cases, as well as highly complex customs cases.
