Project Development, Environmental & Natural Resources Matters:
This area, lead by José Miguel Hernández and Arturo Urzúa has strongly specialised in advising projects to exploit natural resources, especially renewable energy projects. The advice ranges from environmental, indigenous rights, water rights, the regulation of electricity, litigation, negotiations with owners, administrative procedure, electric concessions and mining protection, including legal defense in administrative and judicial claims.
Constitutional & Administrative Law:
The department of public law (constitutional and administrative law) is led by Eugenio Evans and specialises in advising individuals and governmental agencies in highly complex issues relating to constitutional law.
In addition, this department is involved in an ongoing interest in defending clients before the Constitutional Court and the preparation of reports on law and legal opinions.
With regard to administrative law, the firm provides advice on all regulated markets, such as water rights, electric — where it has developed a strong reputation — and indigenous rights, among other industries.

The litigation and arbitration department con- centrates its work primarily representing and defending the interests of its clients before the Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal, Environmental Court and the Constitutional Court.
