Crumiller P.C. is located in Brooklyn, New York and is known as "The Feminist Litigation Firm". Crumiller is on a mission to hold abusers accountable. They envision a world where bosses are respectful to their employees, medical professionals treat patients with compassion, and sexual predators have vanished from the earth. Until then, they are here to fight back against discrimination, harassment and abuse — in all its forms. They take their role as legal advocates seriously because they've been in their clients’ shoes.

The firm was founded by Susan Crumiller, in 2015, who negotiated her maternity leave with her employer, but was soon harassed to return full-time after only a few weeks. Susan couldn't stop thinking about the countless women who didn't have the job security and resources to stand up for themselves like she did. So, she quit her job, and opened her own law firm to fight for them and advocate for policies that recognize the value, joys, and difficulties of bonding and caring for a newborn.

Confronting your abuser can be scary, but for many clients, the thought of allowing the mistreatment to continue unabated is even more painful. Crumiller aims to give their clients solutions that help them move forward with their lives, while also making sure they feel safe in the process.
