Competition & EU:
contrast has one of the largest and most experienced independent competition & EU law teams in Brussels.
The competition & EU practice includes: restrictive practices, horizontal co-operation agreements, cartel investigations, assistance during dawn-raids, abuse of dominant position, merger control, state aid, compliance programs and trainings, competition and EU litigation including representation of EU Commission and private clients before the EU Courts, EU internal market and customs law.

Conflict Management:
contrast provides advice intended to prevent disputes and avoid litigation. In case litigation is unavoidable, contrast has experienced litigators who represent clients in court and in arbitral proceedings. Several team members have national and international arbitration experience, whether it be by representing clients in institutional or ad hoc arbitrations or by acting as arbitrators.
