Founded in 1998 and reformed in 2011 as Shanghai's first special general partnership law firm, we have been recognized as a “Model Unit in Shanghai” for ten consecutive years. We've also been honored as one of the “Top Ten Law Firms in Shanghai” and “Outstanding Law Firm in Shanghai” for eight years in a row.

With our head office in Shanghai, we now have offices across major cities in China, including Beijing, Suzhou, Changsha, Nantong, Wuxi, Zhengzhou, Xuzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Dalian, Jinan, Fuzhou, Guiyang, Qingdao, Chongqing, Huai’an, Kunming, Hefei, Taizhou, Xi'an, Duyun, Zunyi, Bijie, and Kaili.
