Dispute Resolution:
This has been and continues to be the core strength of the firm. In court or through arbitration, the litigators practice in a wide range of areas including commercial and contractual disputes, corporate and shareholders’ litigation, insolvency and liquidation matters, land based litigation and compulsory land acquisition proceedings, administrative and public law litigation, construction law adjudication, banking and finance (including Islamic law disputes), intellectual property claims, industrial relations and employment law matters. The practice includes all stages from advisory through to pre-emptive remedies, interlocutory applications, trial, and appellate proceedings at all levels. The partners together with their litigation teams have handled high profile and complex cases.

Corporate & Conveyancing:
This department is well developed with its focus on corporate restructuring, compliance issues in local equity conditions and foreign investments, and its incorporation of companies both public and private. It is often engaged in advisory and consultancy work for regulatory approvals, permits and licences. It gives support for dispute resolution especially in corporate litigation.

Employment & Industrial Relations:
Advising on various aspects of employment law and industrial relations including termination and dismissal, disciplinary proceedings, drawing up agreements and employment manuals on standard operating procedures.

Intellectual Property:
Registration of trade marks, dispute on trademarks and copyright infringement are amongst some of the multi-disciplinary services provided by senior lawyers of the firm.
