Cazimir is a leading Belgian law firm that offers all-inclusive legal advice to private individuals. The private client team provides tailored advice on private wealth planning, residence- and citizenship planning, family businesses, (international) tax and estate planning and offers assistance in case of family conflict. Apart from Belgium, Cazimir is also familiar with various other European and foreign jurisdictions.

Cazimir's core business is centered around the assistance of private clients with their succession planning and wealth structuring. These services comprise matters of civil law such as drafting last wills, donations and marital contracts but also matters of (inter)national tax law, more specifically inheritance- and gift tax and corporate and personal income tax. Cazimir's litigation team assists clients in divorce and inheritance proceedings.

In addition Cazimir developed a specific international department which guides clients through the immigration process to Belgium or their emigration abroad. For non-Belgian clients the team offers citizenship- and residence planning. Cazimir International is experienced in advising clients on the legal consequences and tax implications of their worldwide investments and/or guides non-Belgian entrepreneurs with their family business ventures abroad. On the other hand, Belgian nationals can turn to Cazimir when venturing abroad for assistance with the purchase of real estate abroad, a relocation abroad and the consequences in light of estate planning, foreign investments etc. In this regard, Cazimir's lawyers have outstanding relationships with partners in the private wealth sector across Europe.

Apart from Cazimir International, Cazimir also developed ‘Magnolis’.
