Reinsurance, insurance coverage and defence across many classes of business, professional indemnity, binding authorities, broking and agency issues and (re)insurance run-off. CPB is active in both life and non-life insurance/reinsurance. Work includes litigation, arbitration, mediation, corporate, regulatory, transactional, employment and commercial. CPB also acts in the highly-specialised area of fine art, and conducts trust and fiduciary disputes and commercial litigation. Much of CPB’s work is international.
