The firm was founded in 2009, with service as the primary core value, by Paul Capua, an AV-Preeminent® rated civil trial lawyer. His 30 years of practice have focused on construction, business, and employment disputes in state and federal courts and international and domestic arbitrations. A former shareholder of the international litigation firm Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A., Paul thrives on simplifying what is complex and delivering value and results. In 2024, Andrea Capua and Natalia Talbot joined the firm, both bringing years of experience from their respective practices, adding to the already strong foundation. We have since grown into a multi-state firm with offices in Asheville and Boone, North Carolina and in Miami, Florida.
