We have worked very hard for relevant retail groups to ensure the maintenance of lease agremets for stores and distribution centers throughout Brasil, wheter with the Brazilian property registry offices ar even before the judiciary.

All work carried out by the office is directly carried out or monitored by Ana Carolina Cavalcante, who has extensive experience in the real estate market, and by Jansen Fernandes, who is able to apply the academic perspective acquired in the public law schools of Sao Paulo (USP and UNESP) to propose solutions for the real estate market: by contracts or litigation.
