The B&P labour law department is led by a labour law practitioner who has over 20 years of experience in the field. The department supports the clients in all areas of employment law and has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting employment contracts, management contracts, internal by-laws, and other employment-related decisions, all tailor-made for specific employers. B&P also prepares many redundancy and bonus schemes applied by employers in various sectors. Members of the department take part in collective bargaining and drafting of collective agreements. B&P regularly represents clients in individual and collective labour disputes before the courts.
