The group has played a key role in major brownfield projects statewide, representing more than $3.5 billion in construction value and over $500 million in anticipated credits, and collaborates closely with its Economic Development, Real Estate, Land Use, Zoning, SEQRA, and Business Transactions teams to move projects from planning through operations.
