Bethany Chambers is a set of 8 advocate attorneys headed by Ian L Benjamin SC. Justin Phelps SC, (Silk 2024), has commercial practice covering advocacy and advisory across a broad range of commercial areas, including arbitration, commercial fraud, insolvency and company law, building and construction disputes, banking disputes, insolvency, commercial fraud and defamation competition & anti-dumping, misbehaviour in public office, corruption and procurement.

Keston McQuilkin is a sought after junior with an established practice in insurance, construction and general commercial litigation, together with property, estates, employment/industrial relations, occupational health and safety as well as judicial review and other public law matters. He also is a Tutor in Trial Advocacy at the Hugh Wooding Law School.

Jerome Herrera appears regularly before the Industrial Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal; he has participated in mediations at the Dispute Resolution Centre and in an energy sector ICC Arbitration. Jerome’s areas of practice include real property law, non-contentious and contentious probate proceedings, defamation, company law, personal injury - tortious and negligence claims, insurance law. Tekiyah Jorsling is a junior advocate in the full range of civil matters appearing before the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in commercial and construction contracts, insurance, insolvency/bankruptcy, fraud, negligence and real property/land. She has done significant public law work appearing in constitutional motions and judicial review applications in matters as diverse as environmental law to public sector employment law. Additionally Tekiyah has acted as junior counsel before specialist courts such asthe Tax Appeal Board on oil and gas taxation,as well as ICC arbitration and the Securities and Exchange Commission in matters relating to financial accounting and market manipulation .

Sadhna Lutchman's advocacy practice includes all Chambers' main areas of work in civil litigation, such as public law, land law, tax law, administration of estates, contract law and tort. She has appeared before the Magistrates' Court, Industrial Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
