Mark Beck was lead counsel for the Russian Ministry of Finance in a RICO action and related international proceedings in which he secured a judgment for $165 million following the theft of diamonds and gold. Mark and his colleagues led the successful defense of China’s largest oil and gas company in a suit seeking over $5 billion in damages.
